Marty Wilcoxson, CFP®

Marty Wilcoxson specializes in retirement and estate planning and established the Pueblo Colorado Commonwealth office in 2000. She graduated in 1975 from Oregon State University with a degree in public administration and in 1980 earned a graduate degree in management from the University of Central Queensland. In 2015, Wilcoxson earned her master's of science degree in negotiated conflict resolution from Creighton School of Law and Doctorate Education from Creighton University in 2019. She holds her FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®. In 2009, she completed her Certified Compliance Regulatory certification through the FINRA Institute at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.

She has a keen interest is industry compliance and is an FINRA-industry arbitrator for Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Tennessee, and Wyoming.    

Joshua A. Wilcoxson, CFP®

Joshua A. Wilcoxson joined the Commonwealth office as a full partner, after having worked with Bank of New York Mellon’s Private Banking and Portfolio Management business in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from 2006 to 2009. He studied political science at the University of Colorado, Boulder.  

He holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®. In addition, he has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) certification and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). His primary areas of expertise are asset allocation and fiduciary oversight.

Chrystal Horn

Chrystal Horn is the newest member of the Wilcoxson team. She is responsible for all office operations, including assisting both Marty and Josh Wilcoxson, and brings over ten years of office management experience. Chrystal is originally from a small town in south Texas but has resided in Pueblo for over a decade. In her free time she enjoys reading, her favorite authors are Nicholas Sparks, Suzanne Collins, and Jane Austin. Chrystal also enjoys spending time outdoors, going fishing, swimming, and sledding in the winter. She also loves being with her three children. Gavin, her oldest son loves to play sports: football, baseball, and soccer. Landon, her middle son, enjoys doing whatever his older brother is doing. He loves the park and family game night. Addison is her youngest, and she is a little ball of fire with the best attitude who specializes in bossing her older brothers.
